DOVER - Helen Esther Harmon, of Kings Hwy., passed away on Dec. 22, 2013 at home. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 31, 2013 at the Bennie Smith Funeral Home, 717 W. Division St., Dover, De., where friends may call one hour prior to the service. Letters of condolence may be sent, and guestbook signed at www.benniesmithfuneralhome.com. Arrangements are being handled by Bennie Smith Funeral Home, Dover.
