MILFORD - Hazel Webb Dodd passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 4, 2013 at home with her family around her. She was born in Nassau, Del., on Feb. 28, 1925, the daughter of the late Harry and Leah (Davidson) Webb. She graduated from Milton High School, Class of 1943 and graduated from Delaware College of Beauty Culture in 1949. She was a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Ray Dodd; brothers, Nelson Webb, Ralton Webb and wife Sara and sister-in-law, Marie Webb. She is survived by her children, David Dodd and wife Dot of Milton, and Donna Kay Dodd of Milford; grandchildren, David Harry Dodd and wife Lisa, Richard W. Cook, II and Jeannie Dodd Blakeslee and husband Jerry; great-grandchildren, Jerry Blakeslee, Kayra Enger and husband Chris, Emili Cook and Hannah and Amanda Blakeslee; a brother, Preston Webb; two nephews, Charles Webb and wife Gail and John Webb and wife, Doloris. Funeral Services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 7, 2013 in the chapel of Short Funeral Services, 416 Federal St., Milton, where friends may call after noon. Interment will be in Odd Fellows Cemetery, Milton.
