LAUREL - Harry G. Banks passed away on Saturday, May 11, 2013 at his home. Harry was born in Lewes, Del., son of the late, Ruley C. and Birdine E. (McKeever) Banks. Harry is survived by his son, Harry R. Banks; brothers, Richard and Thomas Banks; a sister, Ruline "Penny" Reitsma; and several nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, May 28, 2013 at the chapel of Melson Funeral Services on Thatcher Street in Frankford, where friends may call after 10 a.m. Burial will be in Mariner's Bethel Cemetery in Ocean View.
