Harold Smart

LAUREL - Harold Smart, of Laurel Delaware, passed away Nov. 3rd 2014. Harold was born in Bangor Maine, on April 9th, 1957. He was an amazing and well known contractor who was always helping people and making a difference. He survived by his children, Jennifer Smart and her fiance, Brandon Devereaux, Jessica Smart, Rebecca Smart; and 6 grandchildren; his parents, Wayland and Rena Smart; sister, Cindy Smart; and 2 brothers, Timmy Smart and Randy Wothers and many close family and friends. A memorial service will be held Saturday, Nov. 8th from 4 p.m.-6 p.m. at the VFW on 9767 Middleford Rd. Seaford DE, 19973. Dinner will be availible after services.
