DOVER - Hannah Viola Fraser, of Matterhorn Drive, passed away on Jan. 30, 2013 in Dover. Born on April 9, 1930, she was the daughter of the late Richard C. Fraser and Caroline L. Fraser. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, Feb. 10, 2013 at 12 p.m. at the Bethuel Seventh-day Church, 25 N. Queen Street, Dover, DE where friends may call two hours prior to the service. Interment will be in Barratt's Chapel, Dover, DE. Arrangements are being handled by Bennie Smith Funeral Home, Dover, DE. www.benniesmithfuneral home.com.
