By Glenn RolfeSEAFORD — The Downtown Seaford Association will host a Halloween parade and costume party Oct. 26.
Lineup for the procession will begin at 6 p.m., with the parade stepping off at 7. The route is Cedar Avenue/High Street to the Seaford Volunteer Fire Department, King Street.
The party at the fire hall also begins at 7. Costumes are required to attend.
