DOVER — Seven-time Grammy winner Gladys Knight is coming to Bally’s Dover Casino Resort on Oct. 7 at 9 p.m. Tickets range from $75-$150 and can be purchased here beginning Tuesday.
“We’re excited to have Gladys Knight perform at Bally’s Dover Casino Resort,” said Nick Polcino, the facility's vice president and general manager. “Knight has a sound that will fit perfectly into our diverse entertainment lineup, and I believe that our customers will absolutely love it.”
Ms. Knight has had No. 1 hits in pop, gospel, R&B and adult contemporary. She has also been successful in film, television and live performances, and has recorded over 38 albums.
The “Empress of Soul" is known for hits she recorded during the 1960s, '70s and '80s with her group, The Pips, which also included her brother, Merald “Bubba” Knight, and cousins, William Guest and Edward Patten.
