LAUREL - Ginger Ann Farlow went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2013 at Nanticoke Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be held on Monday, Jan. 21, 2013 at 1 p.m. at Refuge Temple in Seaford, Del., with Pastor Emmanuel Johnson officiating. Friends may call at the church from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Monday. Interment will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Laurel, DE. Memorial contributions can be made to Framptom Funeral Home, 216 N.
