DOVER - A Celebration of the life of "Wid" George will be 1 p.m., Saturday, April 11, 2015 at Pippin Funeral Home 119 W. Camden-Wyoming Ave. Wyoming. Wid passed away on January 13, 2015 at the Delaware Hospice Center in Milford. She was 95 years young. In addition to both parents, "Wid" was preceded in death by, her four brothers and sisters and her husband of 42 years. She is survived by, her two daughters, Jackie George of Dover and Linda Stohon and her husband Tony of Manassas, Va. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Delaware Hospice Center, 100 Patriots Way, Milford, DE 19963, and, or to the Alheimer's Association, Delaware Valley Chapter Headquarters, 399 Market St., Suite 102, Phila. PA 19106. The family would again like to thank the compassionate and caring staff of Heritage of Dover and the Delaware Hospice Center in Milford.
