LAUREL - Gary W. Hastings passed away at St. Frances Hospital on May 7, 2014. Gary was born in Salisbury a son of the late John H. and Anna Hastings. Gary enjoyed fishing, crabbing, hunting and especially playing his guitar and singing Karaoke. Mr. Hastings is survived by his daughters, Stacy Brown and husband James, of Frankford and Dana Hastings of Georgetown; his brothers, John L. Hastings of Laurel and Steve Hastings and wife Bonny of Seaford. A Funeral Service will be held at 2 p.m. at the Hannigan, Short, Disharoon Funeral Home Laurel, DE, on Tuesday, May 13, 2014, a visitation will also be held one hour prior to the service. The Rev. Howard Travers will officiate. Interment will follow in Laurel Hill Cemetery. Arrangements are in the care of the Hannigan, Short, Disharoon Funeral Home Laurel, DE.
