LINCOLN - Frank M. Motter, of Lincoln, Del., died Friday, April 11, 2014 at Harrison House of Georgetown. He was preceded in death by his wife, Oma "Mickey" Motter. A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. on Thursday April 17, 2014 at Lincoln Cemetery, Clendaniel Pond Road, Lincoln. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to any local hospice. Arrangements by Lofland Funeral Home, Milford, DE.
