DAGSBORO - Frank G. Murray Sr., of Dagsboro, passed away Thursday, March 1, 2012, due to a tragic house fire. He was 70. He graduated from Millsboro High School in 1959 and went on to have a career in trucking, Murray's Gun Supplies, and Murray's Lawn Care. 'Pop' was a member of St. George's United Methodist Church in Clarksville, and a life time member in the NRA and the Salisbury Skeet Club. He was preceded in death by his wife of 45 years, Shirley Ann Murray 'Mom', in 2004. He is survived by his daughter, Cindy Lou English and her husband, Barry; son, Frank G. Murray Jr. and his wife, Ann; sisters, June Collins and Susan Murray; brothers, Phillip Murray, Bobby and Billy Franklin; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held at Melson Funeral Home, Thatcher St, Frankford, DE., from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wed., March 7, 2012, with a service to immediately follow. Interment will be at St. George's Cemetery in Clarksville on Thursday, March 8, 2012, at 11 a.m. Online condolences may be sent by visiting www.melsonfuneralservices.com.
