BRIDGEVILLE - Frances Brown "Nana", passed away on October 19, 2012 at the DE Hospice Center in Milford, DE. A devout Christian who loved serving her church for many years as an Usher, she loved to share her motto: "None but the righteous shall see God." She is survived by her brothers: Ernest (with whom she resided) and Gary Maddox, and a host of other relatives and friends; including children she raised (thus earning her title of Nana). She was preceded in death by her parents: Lucy and James Maddox, and a sister: Dorothy Conaway (Herman). Funeral services Sunday, Oct. 28, 2012 at 2 p.m. at Williams Chapel Church N. Cannon St., Bridgeville, DE. Friends may call from 1 to 2 p.m. at the church. Interment Monday, Oct. 29, 2012 at 1 p.m. at the Charles F. Thomas Cemetery in St. Michaels, MD.
