FELTON — Keith K. Biddle, 41, of Felton, was arrested Sunday on fraud-related charges, according to Felton police spokesman Christopher A. Guild.
A fraud investigation was initiated by town police in October, after a victim contacted them to report that his credit card had been misused on several occasions, authorities said.
Through an investigation, Mr. Biddle was found to be a suspect, and warrants were obtained for his arrest.
Delaware State Police contacted Mr. Biddle; he was taken to the Felton Police Department and turned over without incident.
He was charged with unlawful use of a payment card under $1,500 where the victim is 62 or older, theft by false pretense under $1,500 where the victim is 62 or older and second-degree conspiracy.
He was released on $1,500 unsecured bail and given a no-contact order with the victim pending a court date.
