Dawn Conn, 48 MILLSBORO - Felicia "Lisa" Dawn Conn, passed away on Sat., Sept. 1, 2012, at her home. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 7, 2012 at the Long Neck Chapel of Melson Funeral Services, 32013 Long Neck Rd., Millsboro, DE. Interment will be private.
