CRISFIELD - Fay Howard, 81, of Crisfield, died Saturday, March 5, 2011, at her home. Born in Crisfield, Sept. 17, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Clifton and Pinnie Marshall. Her husband, Charles K. "Chas" Howard, preceded her in death Oct. 26, 2002. She is survived by her son, Tim Howard and wife Valerie of Crisfield; sister-in-law, Ethel Tawes; niece, Glenda Turlington and husband Steve; great-nephew, Rob Price and wife Beth; great-niece, Amie Booker and her children Brianna, Isabella and Emma, all of Melfa, Va.; granddaughter, April Todd and husband Andrew, and their sons, Adam, Aidan and Anson, all of Marion; brothers-in-law, Arthur Howard and wife Peggy of Crisfield and William Howard of Florida; and a cousin, Mary Ellen Breslin of Cincinnati, Ohio. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Jay Tawes. A memorial service was 2 p.m., Friday, March 11, 2011, at Bradshaw & Sons Funeral Home in Crisfield. The Rev. Terry Riggin officiated.
