Eugene Patrick Lane

Eugene Patrick Lane, 43 CRISFIELD - Eugene Patrick Lane, formerly of Baltimore, died Wednesday, March 24, 2010, in McCready Memorial Hospital, Crisfield. He was 43. Born in Baltimore April 12, 1966, he was a son of the late Leroy F. Lane Sr. and Clara Rahl Lane. He had been making his home in Crisfield for the past six years. He was a land surveyor. He is survived by his son, Daniel Lee Lane of Marion Station; his sister, Judy Lee Lane (Greg Bethard) of Marion Station; two brothers, Thomas William Lane (Sheri Kelso) of Harford County and Leroy F. Lane Jr. (Barbara A. Lane); nieces and nephews, Steve and Allison Raab and their daughter, Alliana, Joe Raab, Orrie Dowden, Tessie Dowden and daughter Haylee, Cody Dowden, Brady Dowden, Dallas Dowden, Christine Lane and daughter, Hayden, Christopher and Tina Schmidt, Terry Schmidt, Jennifer Schmidt and Sean Schmidt; a special friend, Betty Farina of Crisfield; several uncles; and many friends. Funeral services were 7 p.m. Monday, March 29, 2010, at Bradshaw & Sons Funeral Home, Crisfield, where friends called from 5 to 7 p.m. The Rev. Bob Daniels officiated. Graveside services and interment were 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 30, 2010, at Gardens of Faith Memorial Gardens, Baltimore. Memorial contributions are requested to be sent to Lower Somerset County Ambulance and Rescue Squad, LSCARS, P.O. Box 406, Crisfield, MD 21817; or to Somerset County Health Department Addictions Treatment Program, 7920 Crisfield Hwy., Westover, MD 21871.
