SMYRNA - Estella Elizabeth Cox of Smyrna, passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 1, 2013 at Kent general Hospital in Dover. She was 85. Mrs. Cox was born April 10, 1928 in Athens, Pa. A private memorial service will be held at a later date and she will be buried in the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Bear, Del. alongside her late husband, Roy B. Cox.
