MILFORD - Eric L. Stubbs passed away on Sun., Apr. 12, 2015 in Dover. He was an irrigation specialist for Walls Irrigation in Milford for 3 years. He enjoyed riding motorcycles and will be missed by family and friends that loved him. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Theodore Swafford. He is survived by his mother, Bobbi Stubbs of Milford; daughter, Liliana Stubbs of Ellendale; and her mother, Megan Melvin; two brothers, Scott Stubbs and wife, Alina of Lewes and Brad Stubbs and fiance', Lindsay Koser of Charleston, S.C.; nephew, Aiden Stubbs; and nieces, Alizabeth and Adalynne Stubbs; maternal grandparents, Noreen McFry and Ralph Warren of Lincoln, William Stubbs and Diane Strick of Felton and Nancy and Bob Cramer of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; Paternal grandmother, Teresa Swafford of Ladson, S.C. A memorial service will be held Fri., Apr. 17, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Berry-Short Funeral Home, 119 NW Front St., Milford. Casual attire requested. Burial will be in Hopkins Cemetery, Felton. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his memory to the DSP Federal Credit Union, c/o Liliana Stubbs, checks payable to DSP FCU, P.O. Box 800, Georgetown, DE 19947.
