MILLSBORO - Mr. Emmett Ray Cate passed away on Tuesday, June 17, 2014. He was 72 years old. Ray is survived by two brothers, Edward and Timothy Cate; a niece, Sharon Pierson; grandchildren, Crystal Eckman and her husband Seth and Michael Cate, Jr.; three great-grandchildren, Aaron, Lillian and Christopher Eckman; and a great-niece, Michelle Hutson; and a great-nephew, Ben Pierson.
