Seaford - Emily R. Brown died on Saturday, April 5, 2014. Mrs. Brown formerly owned and operated the Dairy Bar Restaurant in Seaford. She was a volunteer at Nanticoke Memorial Hospital, a member of St. John's United Methodist Church, and the Elks Club. Her husband, Robert James "Jim" Brown died in 2000. She was also preceded in death by a grandson, Andrew "Andy" Allen. Emily is survived by a son, Robert Allen (Thresa); two daughters, Phyllis Tull (Ted) and Nancy Roth (Dan); two step-children, Robert James Brown Jr and Kathy Sienna (Michael); nine grandchildren, Stephen Tull (Lisa), Laurie Nellans (Troy), Tricia Willemin (Richard), Eric Roth, Blake Roth (fiancée Meghan O'Connell), Angela Revel, Donna Morgan, Ursula Gardner and Sylvia Brohawn; 12 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be on Thursday, April 10th at 11 a.m. at St. John's United Methodist Church, Pine & Poplar Sts, Seaford, where friends may call from 10 to 11 a.m. Burial will be in Odd Fellows Cemetery.
