MILLSBORO - Elsie B. Mallonee formerly of Annapolis, Md., passed away on Thursday, Jan. 3, 2013. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 8, 2013 at the Watson Funeral Home, 211 S. Washington St., Millsboro, DE, where friends may call after 9:30 a.m. Pastor Allen Miller will officiate. Interment follows at 2 p.m. at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, 1911 Forest Drive, Annapolis, MD 21401. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Indian River Volunteer Fire Co., 32628 Oak Orchard Road, Millsboro, DE 19966. Letters of condolence may be emailed via www.watsonfh.com.
