LEWES - Elizabeth Ellen Cook passed away peacefully on Feb. 7, 2013 at her residence. She was born April 30, 1919 in Clayton, Del. She was the daughter of the late George and Bessie Maloney. She grew up in Rehoboth Beach, Del. Elizabeth was an avid reader, she loved to cook and bake along with gardening, sewing and needle point. Preceding her in death was her husband of over 70 years, Dr. William Cook. Mrs. Cook is survived by her two sons, Robert S. Cook and wife Carol of Lewes and Franklin D. Cook and wife Janet of Elkton, Md; three grandchildren, Theresa, Tina and Michael; and four great-grandchildren, Katie, David, Cecilia and Torin. In lieu of flowers please make contributions to Seasons Hospice and Palliative Care of Dover, 556 South DuPont Blvd., Milford, DE.
