HARTLY - Eleanor R. Marchello passed away Monday, Nov. 5, 2012, at Milford Hospice Center. Mrs. Marchello was born March 31, 1913 in Ash Flat, Ark., to the late Dudley Bristow and Daisy Mae Bristow. She worked as a shoe sales person for Kennards, and Sears. Mrs. Marchello enjoyed flowers and vegetable gardening, and just loved to shop. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Anthony Marchello; daughter, Betty Jean Strusowski and son, Gerald Grimsley. She is survived by three daughters; nine grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:30 a.m., Friday Nov. 9, 2012 at St. John the Beloved Catholic Church, 907 Milltown Road, Wilmington, DE where friends may call one hour prior. Interment will be at the All Saints Cemetery. Flowers may be sent or contributions made to Delaware Hospice, 911 S. Dupont Highway, Dover, DE 19901.
