Leadership Perspectives

“This merger brings together two organizations that have a long history and have each earned strong reputations in environmental containment construction,” said Ben Wilson, President of EFI USA. “The result is an organization built to take on larger, more complex projects in more markets than either company could pursue independently."

“EC Applications was built on technical excellence and a commitment to safe, sustainable environmental solutions,” added Chris Fore, VP of EC Applications. “Joining forces with EFI USA is the natural next step, it gives us the resources and platform to serve more clients and tackle larger, more complex projects across the entire country.”

“The merger of EFI USA and EC Applications represents a defining moment for the Environmental Containment Industry. We are committed to building scaled, best-in-class platforms for cleaner air, cleaner soil, and cleaner water. We are dedicated to supporting this platform with the capital, leadership, and strategic resources necessary to drive continued growth — both organically and through future acquisitions.
