HARTLY - Edward E. Meisinger, 53, of Hartly, passed away suddenly on October 3, 2015. He is survived by five siblings, and a host of nieces and nephews. Memorial Services will be 7 p.m., Wednesday, October 14, 2015, at Pippin Funeral Home, 119 W. Camden Wyoming Ave., Wyoming, DE 19934. Friends may gather one hour prior.
