FRANKFORD - Edna E. Woolford passed away on Monday, June 17, 2013 at her residence. There will be a viewing on Friday, June 21, 2013 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Bennie Smith Funeral Home, 219 S. Washington Street, Millsboro, DE. and the funeral service will be Saturday, June 22, 2013 at noon at Curtis United Methodist Church, Campbelltown Road, Bishopville, Md., where friends may call two hours prior.
