DOVER — A search warrant execution at a residence on Wednesday afternoon led to the discovery of a firearm and drugs, Dover police spokesman Sgt. Mark Hoffman said.
William Davis, 40, of Dover, was arrested without incident at the home in the 900 block of West North Street, authorities said. The search warrant yielded a .38 caliber revolver, 1,535 grams of marijuana, 42,1 grams of MDMA, and 97 doses of Ecstasy, Sgt. Hoffman said.
Mr. Davis was charged with possession offenses including firearm during commission of a felony with intent to deliver (two counts), controlled substance (three counts) and firearm by person prohibited, along with drug paraphernalia. He was released on a $107,200 unsecured bond.
