BRIDGEVILLE - Dr. Eretheia Evans "Dr. E or Ree", a woman of God, passed away on Saturday, Aug. 3, 2013, surrounded by her family and friends at Nanticoke Memorial Hospital, Seaford. Dr. Eretheia Evans received her B.S. Degree from Maryland State College (University of Maryland Eastern Shore), her M.S. Degree from New York University, and her Ph.D. from The Pennsylvania State University. Dr. Evans retired Professor Emeritus from UMES after teaching over 25 years. All services will be at Lifeway Church of God, 7046 Seashore Highway, Bridgeville, DE (Route 404). There will be a viewing 6 to 8 p.m.on Friday, Aug. 9, 2013. The funeral will begin at noon on Saturday, Aug. 10, 2013; where friends may call one hour prior to the service. Arrangements by McPherson Funeral Home.
