Dover woman charged with drug offenses after investigation at motel

DOVER — A 31-year-old Dover woman was charged with drug offenses following an investigation at the Super Lodge Wednesday, authorities said.

Police said Emily Lowe was taken into custody without incident as she was leaving the motel at 246 N. DuPont Highway at 8:47 p.m. Police said she was in possession of 92 bags of heroin and $405.

Ms. Lowe was charged with possession with intent to deliver heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was committed to Baylor Women’s Correctional Institution on an outstanding capias and released on an own recognizance bond.
