Dover Symphony Pops Concert set for May 4

The Dover Symphony Orchestra, under the direction of Donald Buxton, will conclude its 2018-2019 season on Saturday, May 4 with its annual Dover Days Pops Concert. The concert will be held at 3:00 p.m. at Calvary Church on East Lebanon Road (Route 10) in Dover.

The orchestra will perform a variety of medleys and selections by favorite composers including Leroy Anderson, George Gershwin, Andrew Lloyd Webber, Aaron Copland, and others.

There is plenty of convenient parking available at Calvary. Sweet treats will continue to be offered at the Bake Sale.

Admission prices are Adults--$20, Seniors/Students/Military/First Responders—$15. Young people 18 and under are free with a paying adult. For ticket sales log on to www.doversymphony.org or call 302-270-1903. Tickets will also be sold at the door.
