DOVER — A 32-year-old Dover man was charged on drug counts following a search warrant Monday.
Dover police spokesman Master Cpl. Ryan Schmid said the warrant was conducted at 10:15 a.m. at a residence in the 100 block of Revolutionary Boulevard, and Jermaine Boyd was taken into custody.
Police located fentanyl, ammunition, pills, packaging material and $4,545, Cpl. Schmid said.
Mr. Boyd was charged with possession of fentanyl in a Tier 3 quantity, possession with intent to deliver fentanyl in a Tier 3 quantity, possession of MDMA in a Tier 3 quantity, possession of ammunition by a person prohibited and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was committed to Sussex Correctional Institution, Georgetown, on $250,000 cash bail.
