DOVER — On May 16, the Dover Lions Club presented its annual scholarships to two students from the area, Daveon Micaiah Wisher and Chloe Bemea-Jones.
This year, the awards were named after recently deceased members who were active in the scholarship program, Gary M. Stumpf and Bill and Shirley Daisey.
