Stephens, 91 GUMBORO - Dorothy Elizabeth Stephens, passed away peacefully at the Wicomico Nursing Home on Nov. 2, 2012. A Graveside service will be held Monday, Nov. 5, 2012 at 2 p.m. at the Jones Cemetery in Gumboro on Lowe's Crossing Road. Pastor David Souder will officiate.
