WYOMING - Dorothy B. Semans passed away Saturday, Nov. 30, 2013. Dorothy was born on May 30, 1946 in Willow Grove, Del., daughter of the late William and Mary (Glanden) Davis. She retired after 30 years in food service for the Caesar Rodney School District. Dorothy is survived by her husband, Charles Semans; daughter, Christine Crow of Little Creek; grandson, John Charles Rush of Willow Grove; step children, Maria, Sherry and Lindle; a brother, William Davis of Wyoming; and a sister, Jean Hurd of Stockley. Friends may call 7-9 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 3, 2013 at the Pippin Funeral Home, 119 W. Camden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming. Service will be 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, December 4, 2013 at the funeral home. Burial will follow in the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Millsboro. Letters of condolences can be sent via www.pippinfuneralhome.com
