DOVER - Doris Caroll Garcia of Dover passed away on August 29, 2015 at Delaware Hospice. A memorial service for Doris Caroll Garcia will take place on Saturday, September 5, 2015 at the Whatcoat United Methodist Church 16 N. Main Street Dover, DE 19934. The memorial service will begin at 11 a.m. Arrangements are by Bennie Smith Funeral Home, Dover.
