MILLSBORO - Donna Sylvia Campbell, age 73, of Millsboro, passed away at home in the loving care of her family on January 16, 2014. She was born in Lewes, to the late William A. and Ruth Hastings Steele on May 29, 1940. A Memorial Service, and Celebration of her life will be 7 p.m., Wednesday January 22, 2014 at the Watson Funeral Home, Millsboro, where friends may call one hour prior for visitation. Pastor Edward Kuhling will officiate. Interment will be private in Millsboro Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggest memorial contributions to Grace United Methodist Church; P.O.
