HOUSTON - Donna Lee Passwaters passed away peacefully in her home on Tuesday, Dec. 17, 2013, surrounded by her family, after a long battle with renal failure and cancer, Donna is now pain free and with her Lord and Savior. Through the years she worked several jobs but her favorite job was being a wife and mother. She loved to sew, travel with her family, take photos and was active in The Red Hatters "Sisters On the Move" but above all, she was first and foremost a child of God and was a faithful, God fearing woman and kept her faith until God called her home. Donna is survived by her husband of 41 years, David L. Passwaters of Houston; daughter, Pamela Howard of Houston; son-in-law, Curtis Howard of Houston; sisters, Norma Waishes of Houston and Karen Ensley of Frederica; adopted sister, Georgette Baynard of Dover; nieces and nephews, Stacy, Jaime, Crystal, Travis, Gary, Harry and Jon and many more; adopted daughter, Sylvia Carey Waller and many great-nieces and great-nephews. Memorial Service will be held at 2 p.m. on January 4, 2014 at The Milford Elks Lodge 2 p.m. and after the service we will have fellowship with food, family and friends until 6 p.m. A memorial table will be set up with pictures, letters, and favorite memories; please feel free to come and add to her table.
