HARRINGTON - Donna Jean Ramsey passed away on Tuesday, December 6, 2022 at the Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD.
Donna was born on June 21, 1953, in Fayetteville, WV, to the late Allie and Ruth (Canterbury) Copley.
Donna worked at Jasper's Restaurant in Largo, MD for 30 years. She loved to watch Charles Stanley every Sunday morning. Above all else, she was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.
In addition to her parents; Donna was preceded in death by her sister, Sue Kivett; and her brother, John Copley.
She will be greatly missed by her husband, John A. Ramsey; her children, Tracy Everett (Carol), Kelly Seaton (Jason), and Chad Everett (Gretchen); her siblings, Phillip Treadway (Annette), Jerry Matthews (Gene), and Myra Cooley; her grandchildren, Tyler, Trent, Gavin, Trisha, Owen, Cody, and Tanner; and her great grandson, Treyton.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 15, 2022 at 1 p.m. at Berry-Short Funeral Home, 119 NW Front St. Milford, DE 19963. A time of visitation will begin at 11 a.m.
Flowers are accepted; however donations are encouraged to be sent to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society at https://www.lls.org/.
