CAMBRIDGE - Donna Jane Willoughby passed away Saturday, May 7th, 2016 in Charlotte, N.C. She was born in Cambridge, Maryland in 1957, the youngest daughter to Howard L. Willoughby and Jane Anderson. She was a kind and gentle soul and will be missed greatly by her family. She is survived by sisters, Sandy Martin and family, Adrienne Kawamura; brother, Scott Willoughby; and aunts, Mary Willoughby and Shirley Hurley. A private service on the water was held on Sunday. Donations can be made in her memory to the Baywater Animal Rescue Shelter.
