Strain, 56 LINCOLN - Diane Sampson Strain, 56, of Lincoln, passed away on Aug. 26, 2015. A funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, Sept. 4, 2015 at Refuge Temple Revival Center, 455 North Front Street, Seaford, DE 19973 where there will be a viewing from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Friday.
