MILFORD - Diana L. Absher passed away on Oct. 26, 2016 in Harbor Healthcare, Lewes. She was born in Baltimore Md., daughter of the late Olen and Virginia (Aikenhead) Lowery. Diana was retired from Delaware State Police-Suscom in Georgetown where she was a dispatcher. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting and baking. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sons, Kenny and David Absher; and sister, Sandra Ketterman. She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Leonard and Donna Russell, of Ellendale; and a granddaughter, Rebecca Russell. A graveside service will be held 2 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 31, 2016 in Union Cemetery, Race and Adams Streets, Georgetown.
