SEAFORD - Dennis Paul "Denny" Phillips passed away suddenly on April 6, 2012, at the Nanticoke Memorial Hospital in Seaford. Dennis was born to the late William A. Phillips and Margaret Surgeoner Phillips on Sept. 11, 1942. He leaves to cherish his memory, four brothers, William A. Phillips Jr., Robert Phillips, Harlin Phillips, Ronald Phillips; one sister, Marie Olsen; his caregivers/family who include, Tammy Fink, Joey Eatmon, Latoya Burbage, Frances Joseph, Jennifer West, Marie Dorce, Cierra Hooks, and Joyce Topping; and his special friends, Marc, Scott, and Eddie; as well as the staff at the Georgetown Center, and a host of friends and family.
