Speak Up: Representative to introduce alternative absentee-voting bills

A Milford Republican said he will file a pair of bills in the House of Representatives that will allow absentee voting for any Delawarean who requests a ballot, while protecting the integrity of the state’s elections. The effort aims to replace an absentee-voting bill working its way through the legislature, House Bill 75.
