DOVER — A 35-year-old Dover man was arrested and charged in connection with two robberies at the Royal Farms at 293 Saulsbury Road, Dover police spokesman Sgt. Mark Hoffman said.
Murray Hall was identified as a person of interest during an investigation into incidents in September and January, authorities said. He was taken into custody during a traffic stop on Feb. 9, police said.
While in custody, Mr. Hall made statements that posed a risk to his safety and was hospitalized, according to police.
Mr. Hall was later charged with first-degree robbery (two counts), possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, aggravated menacing, wearing a disguise during the commission of a felony (two counts) and second-degree conspiracy.
