GEORGETOWN - Mrs. Deanna D. Rogers, of Georgetown, passed away on Monday, Jan. 6, 2014. She was 75. Mrs. Rogers was born in Keyser, West Virginia on November 25, 1938 to the late Carl and Mabel Arbogast Schell. In addition to her parents she is also preceded in death by two sisters, Judy and Sheila of West Virginia. Services and interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in her name, to the Georgetown SPCA, 22918 DuPont Blvd, Georgetown, DE 19947 or to a local SPCA, or animal shelter / rescue of your choice.
