DOVER - Dean Mosley passed away, Jan. 19, 2013 in Kent General Hospital in Dover. Mr. Mosley was born Jan. 7, 1955, to the late Joseph L. 'Snooks', Mosley and Rosemary Seeney Mosley. He was a life long resident of Kent County, Del. He worked as an equipment operator and construction laborer. Interests included fishing, cooking and travel. He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Rose Mosley; brothers, Joseph L. Mosley Jr. of Harrington, Andy Mosley and his wife Sheri, and Michael Mosley and wife Tina, all of Dover; two daughters, Stephanie and Tiffany Mosley of Dover; and two sons, Jeremy Mosley of Dover, and Michael Mosley of Felton. Funeral services will be held Saturday, Jan. 26, 2013, at noon, in the Torbert Funeral Chapel, South, 1145 E. Lebanon Rd (Rt.10) Dover, DE 19001 where friends may call from 11 a.m until service time.
