TRAPPE - Da'Quonna Darnyell Kiah, 21, passed away on Saturday, Nov. 10, 2007, suddenly from a car accident.

Da'Quonna was born May 19, 1986, and was the daughter of Teila Potter-Miller, James N. Miller Jr. and the late David D. Kiah Sr.

Da'Quonna was a 2004 graduate of Cambridge-South Dorchester High School. During her school years, Da'Quonna participated on the Pop Warner cheerleading squad, tap, jazz, ballet, placed first in a karate competition and played Little League softball. During high school, she participated on the JV and varsity cheerleading squad, where she was co-captain her senior year. She also participated on the basketball team and was known for her consistent defense.

After graduating from high school, Da'Quonna had numerous jobs before finding her love in banking with PNC bank in Easton. She was a floating teller and enjoyed the experience of working at different banks and meeting people.

Da'Quonna attended many different churches with friends and family members. She loved to cook as well as eat. She enjoyed singing, dancing and traveling.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by three sisters, My'Shekia Smith of Trappe, Kevonya Young and LaKeia Wilkins both of Cambridge; three brothers, Da'Bari Smith and David Kiah Jr., both of Trappe, and DaMar Kiah of Hurlock; grandparents, Patsy Camper and Ernest Potter, both of Cambridge, Mr. and Mrs. James Miller Sr. of Trappe; great-grandparents, Dorothy Holliday of St. Michaels and Dorothy Burke (Lewis) of Unionville; six aunts, Lisa Washington (Henry), Tiene Holliday, Tyanthia Johnson (Charles) and Donnessa Castro-Bey, all of Cambridge, Michelle Johnson of Georgia and Annette Cannon (Gary), of Seaford, Del.; five uncles, Tyrone Smith (Laura), Randolph Conaway, both of Cambridge, Leonard Conaway of Hurlock, Jermaine Holliday of Cambridge and Raymond Holliday; a niece, Cassidy Young and a number of cousins, great aunts, uncles and very close friends.

She is preceded in death by her father, David Kiah Sr.; paternal grandparents, Hattie and Randolph Conaway, Ruth and William Kiah; maternal great-grandparents, Almeta and Charles Potter.

Funeral Services will be heldat 1 p.m. Saturday, at Refuge Temple Church of God, 800 Robbins St., Cambridge. Burial will follow in Paradise Cemetery in Trappe.

The family will receive friends tonight from 6-8 at Henry Funeral Home, PA, 510 Washington St. Cambridge.
