WYOMING - Danny D. Smith passed away Friday, July 4, 2014 in his home surrounded by his loving family. He was 67. Danny was born on January 18, 1947 in LaHarpe, Illinois, son of the late Maurice and Helen (Scanlan) Smith. He had worked for Teal Construction and also helped his wife with her custom canine business for many years. Danny was the most polite and courteous man. He always had a smile and his word meant everything. He loved to joke and help make everyone smile. He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Linda Smith; daughter and best friend, Ashley Lambert; stepdaughter, Misty Denato; mother in law, Dorothy Kendall; son in law, Brian Lambert; grandson, Cole Lambert; brother-in-law, Ronny Good; nieces, Tammy Good and Sherry Good; and nephew, Shane Good. A memorial service will be 11 a.m., Tuesday, July 8, 2014 at the Faith Community Church, 2240 S. DuPont Hwy., Camden.
