Richardson, 16 HARRINGTON - Daniel Luke Richardson tragically left this world on Thursday, June 6, 2013. Daniel had just completed the 10th grade at Lake Forest High School where he was active in the FFA. He loved to plow the fields at the school. Daniel was known as a good kid, a hard worker, and known for his infectious smile. He was patriotic and loved his country. Daniel was a true entrepreneur from an early age. At the age of three, he would draw pictures and sell them to family members when they came over. Later on, he started his own enterprise selling eggs, until he started working for the Busker Dairy Farm. Like his dad and grandfather, Daniel was known as a hard worker. He was very disciplined like his name sake Daniel of the Old Testament. He was a loving brother who would never say "no" to his siblings and was always there for them. He loved all animals and had a way with them. Daniel loved being on the farm, and in his spare time enjoyed fishing. He is survived by his parents, James Richardson, Jr. of Harrington, and Bobbie DeLuc of Laurel; his maternal grandparents Donald and Marsha DeLuc of Frederica, Del., and Bobbie Gulden of Vidalia, Ga.; paternal grandparents James and Violet Richardson of Harrington; a brother Josiah J. Richardson of Harrington; sisters Sarah E. Richardson, Rebecca L. Richardson, Abigail J. Richardson-Dyer, Bethany G. Richardson, and Christian H. Richardson all of Harrington. A Service will be held on Tuesday, June 11, 2013 at 1 p.m. at the Melvin Funeral Home, 15522 South DuPont Hwy., Harrington. Visitation for family and friends will be held on Monday evening from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Interment will be in the Richardson family plot.
